The world is going to the dogs...
and the patrons of Cosmo's Restaurant and Bar could not be happier about it. Located in Orange Beach, AL, this eatery and gathering spot has garnered quite a loyal following in the last several years. Cosmo, a shelter dog, rescued by proprietors Brian and Jodi Harsany, was the inspiration in the naming of this local hot spot. The cozy decor belies the owner's and staff's affection for our four-legged friends and you will find several artist's renderings of the now famous Cosmo adorning the walls.

Local musicians bring the deck to life
all summer long. Our annual Dog Day Afternoon benefits BARC (Baldwin Animal Rescue Centers) and you never know who you'll run into there. You might even encounter an incorrigible Corgi, a lovable Labrador, a gregarious Great Dane... and yes, maybe even Cosmo!

6th Annual Dog Day Afternoon
Party People of the World! The sixth annual Dog Day Afternoon is Sunday, May 6th, 2012! The festivities will include Food & Beverage Specials, Live Music on the Deck with Mike Eagan, and a Puppy Party to benefit BARC!! Have fun, meet new animal loving friends and dress your pet in their best costume! And please bring along a bag of pet food to donate to BARC at our Pet Food Pantry.
